Modern Cannondale bikes feature the bicycle's serial number on the underside of the frame, most often it is on the underside of the bottom bracket shell (in between the pedals) and for ebikes with a mid-drive motor this is often located behind the motor on the seat tube or in front of the motor on the downtube depending on the model.
The bicycle's serial number is on a barcode sticker and should look exactly like below:
